Take Time Out

As a mum, I know how impossible it can be to have some time for yourself.  With a greater awareness of Mental Health issues and how it impacts each of us, we need to be intentional about looking after ourselves so that we have plenty of physical, emotional and mental energy to take care of our bambini’s and enjoy family life.  I have struggled to find regular free time since becoming a mother some years ago. I am finding that taking some time out to exercise and time to wind down enables me to recharge and enjoy all the people in my life so much more. I encourage all of you busy Mums (and Dads)  to look after yourselves and each other, to find some time to relax and recharge so that we can be healthy and happy as we explore this crazy adventure called life.
